If you are interested in viewing our rentals in Killeen TX we are happy to provide keys to you for a private viewing. Keys can be checked out on Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm. All keys must be returned by 5:30 pm. Unfortunately, our staff is not able to meet you at the property or escort you to the property for a viewing. You will need to come in to our office and check out keys. We can sign out up to 3 keys at a time. However, if the property is still occupied or is on a maintenance hold, we cannot sign the keys out at that time. When checking out keys, we do ask that you leave a refundable key deposit of $50 per key or a valid I.D. Key deposits must be made in the form of cash only. We do require that you view the home inside and out before you submit an application. The application process can be completed in our office or online. Income verification must be submitted before keys can be checked out to any property with rent totaling $1250.00 per month or higher.
