I am a former Army captain and helicopter pilot with two tours of duty in Vietnam. I founded Wright Real Estate in 1974 and developed it into the largest residential real estate firm in the Fort Cavazos area. The residential company was sold in 1996 in order to concentrate on Commercial Real Estate. Since then, I have been extensively involved in the marketing, leasing, sales, and management of Commercial Investment Properties in this area. My experience includes market studies and site selection for Aaron Rents, assorted fast food chains and apartment complexes; site selection and building of a $2.5 million dollar bowling center; preliminary planning, financing, leasing, supervision and tenant finish-out and management of over $75 million dollars of office, medical, and retail buildings as well as marketing of a variety of properties for the RTC, FDIC, HUD, VA, and many local lending institutions and private investors. I have assisted clients with 1031 exchanges and have the knowledge and expertise to assist with most types of commercial transactions.
